...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following
  counties, Labette and Neosho.

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1126 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported active
    flooding occurring in Parsons with numerous intersections and
    roadways covered in water.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Parsons, Oswego, Erie, Chetopa, Altamont, St. Paul, Thayer,
    Edna, Mound Valley, Galesburg, Bartlett, Labette, Lake
    Parsons, Dennis, South Mound, Big Hill Lake, Parsons Tri City
    Airport and Angola.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don`t
drown.
