This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

There is a slight chance for a thunderstorm in southeast Kansas
after midnight. The storms are not expected to be strong or severe.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There is a slight chance for thunderstorms on Wednesday for the
southern Flint Hills and southeast Kansas. The storms are not
expected to be strong or severe.

Very high grassland fire danger is likely on Thursday afternoon due
to strong north winds and low humidity levels for locations
generally west of I-135. A very high fire danger for gusty south
winds and much warmer air is possible for the same areas this
weekend, mainly during the afternoon hours.

There is a chance for thunderstorms across much of the area on
Monday into Monday night. Strong to severe storms will be possible.
