Cloudy and below normal conditions have ruled Plains. Afternoon
highs have ranged from near 60 in Southeast Kansas to low 30s in
Northwestern Kansas. Light rain and snow has also occurred in
Northwest Kansas today. Winds have been out of the north ranging
from 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy and cold. Overnight lows will range
from near 40 in Northern Oklahoma and Arkansas to the upper 20s
in Northwest Kansas. Light snow is also expected in Northwest
Kansas during the night. Winds will remain light and out of the
north.

Sunday will be partly to mostly cloudy and continued cold.
Afternoon highs will rain from the low to mid 60s region wide.
Winds will be light and out of the north.
