* IMPACTS...At 14.4 feet, Seepage problems begin in the Coal Creek
  Drainage and Levee District.

  - At 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 16.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 15.1 feet
    Tuesday, April 23.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
