forecast.
For the Sabine River...including Burkeville, Bon Wier, Deweyville,
Orange...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water inundates roads in lowland areas
  near the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 25.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling to 14.3 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding, mainly forested
  areas along the river will occur. Park and picnic ground off of
  Highway 10 begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this morning and continue falling to 12.6 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into
  the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four
  Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of
  Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be
  expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 8.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 1.3 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.9 feet.

    late Friday morning and continue falling to 10.6 feet Sunday
    morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, If gage reading at Kinder reaches 18 feet,
  flooding begins to cut off some of the roads around Topsy in
  Northwest Jefferson Davis Parish.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Some roads upstream from Glenmora,
  including Strothers Crossing Road near the community of Calcasieu
  and Price Crossing Road near Hineston have two to three feet of
  water over the road and are subject to being closed. Flooding of
  forested areas near the river will also occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 11.6 feet
    Sunday morning.

  especially in the Indian Lakes and River Oaks sections. Low-lying
  roads and a few homes in Southwestern Beauregard Parish have some
  flooding.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 26.3 feet.
