.DISCUSSION...

Offshore northeast to north winds are expected through
the forecast period, peaking late Tuesday night into
Wednesday morning when gusts of 25 to 35 mph will be
possible. With persistent offshore flow, humidity trends drier
over the next few days falling to the 10-15% range by Wednesday
afternoon. Moderate overnight recoveries are expected Tuesday
night, but drier conditions persist with poor overnight
recoveries Wednesday night into Thursday.
