Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 847 PM CDT, the public reported minor flooding to low lying urban areas in the advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, Belleville, University City, Granite City, Kirkwood, Maryland Heights, East St. Louis, Collinsville, Webster Groves, Arnold, Manchester, Creve Coeur, Fairview Heights, Overland, Clayton, Cahokia, Jennings, St. Ann, Crestwood and Town and Country.
