.DISCUSSION...

A weak cold front moves through the region today with an area of
showers along it. Overall rainfall amounts are expected to be
light, although a few lightning strikes are possible. Winds become
more northerly for Wednesday as a slightly cooler and drier air
mass moves in. Moisture returns Thursday night into Friday with a
warm, humid air mass expected to last through the weekend.
Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are possible, some of which
could produce locally heavy rain.
