This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread showers will continue across the Quad State today and
tonight, and the chance of thunderstorms will be maximized tonight.
A few strong to severe storms cannot be ruled out tonight over
west Kentucky. Otherwise, heavy rainfall and some flooding issues
will be possible, mainly over southeast Missouri and southern
Illinois tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and flooding
potential could linger into Thursday morning, before gradually
ending from west to east in the afternoon.

Strong northwest winds will gust 30 to 40 mph throughout the Quad
State Thursday, and over the northeast half of the region on
Friday.

A chance of thunderstorms returns to the forecast from Monday
afternoon through Tuesday.
