Saturday daytime RH values will be poor with good overnight recoveries. Sunday a shortwave will break down the ridge shifting the upper level flow to the northwest and increase speeds. Increased winds on Sunday through the Cascade Gaps with 70% probabilities the Gorge, Simcoe Highlands and both Yakima and Kittitas Valleys will see sustained winds to 20 mph.
