...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
  counties, Aguada, Aguadilla, Anasco, Camuy, Isabela, Lares, Las
  Marias, Moca, Quebradillas, Rincon and San Sebastian. Currently
  the heaviest showers are over San Sebastian however are expected
  to spread.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 153 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Sebastian, Moca, Lares, Quebradillas, Isabela, Anasco,
    Las Marias, Aguadilla, Aguada, Camuy, Rincon, Hato Arriba,
    Aceitunas, Luyando, Caban, La Playa, San Antonio, Juncal,
    Cacao and Mora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
