This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. Ponding of
water in roads and poorly drained areas. Urban and small streams
flooding is possible.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
the offshore Atlantic Waters tonight. Hazardous conditions for
small craft. Moderate to fresh north to northeast winds will
affect the waters.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly along the northern coastline of Puerto
Rico, from Aguadilla to Fajardo, and Culebra. Life-threatening rip
currents will then become likely tonight in the surf zone
particularly along the northern coastline of Puerto Rico.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

A High Risk of Rip Currents will persist for the northern
coastline of Puerto Rico and Culebra through Saturday. Then
possibly in more isolated areas for the rest of the period.
Limited to elevated wind risk mainly across the waters and coastal
areas, becoming limited Saturday onwards. Marine risk will be up
to elevated Tuesday onwards, spreading to northern nearshore
waters and local passages. Limited rainfall risk is forecast for
Wednesday.

waters and local passages. Limited rainfall risk is forecast for
Wednesday.
