Diminishing winds and seas will allow hazardous coastal conditions
around eastern Saint Croix to subside.

TUESDAY...

* LOCATION...Cramer Park, Saint Croix.

* TIMING...through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Life threatening currents that can carry even the
  best swimmers out to sea.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

There is a high risk of rip currents.

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
