For the second month in a row, temperatures were above average...
this time by around a degree and a half. That being said, though,
this was still the coldest March in several years by average high,
low and monthly temperature.

Rainfall was below average for the second year in a row. It was the
driest March in eight years.

No snow fell for the third March in a row.

The average high, low and monthly temperature were the coldest since
2015.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on 15 days, average on two
days, and below average on 14 days.

There was only one day with a low temperature at or below freezing,
which was the fewest since 2016.

There was only one day with a high temperature of 80 degrees or
more. This was the fewest such days since 2014.
