Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service Cheyenne WY
352 AM MDT Tue May 22 2018

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will remain low through the next several days
as both humidity levels and winds remain below thresholds.
Widespread wetting rains are expected today across the higher
terrain and into portions of the northern WY High Plains. High
lightning activity levels expected today for the higher terrain.
Less rainfall anticipated for the NE fire zones today but relative
humidity values will still remain above 30 percent.

All areas will remain above 30 percent Wednesday as well but some of
the higher terrain and portions of Carbon County will drop to near
20 percent on Thursday. Wind gusts are expected to remain below 25
mph, however.
