.DISCUSSION....Spotty light showers are possible this afternoon,
but the overall trend will be decreasing showers. A dry upper
trough will cross the area Sunday morning. An upper level ridge
will build in Sunday night and remain over Western Washington
through most of next week for an extended dry and warm spell.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
