This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Southerly winds gusting up to 50 mph are possible, with the area of
greatest concern being west of Highway 83. This will likely produce
strong crosswinds on east-west routes in the area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Scattered thunderstorms are likely Monday afternoon into the early
evening, mainly for areas east of Highway 83. A few storms may become
strong to severe with damaging wind gusts the main concerns though
isolated large hail and a tornado or two cannot be ruled out.

Strong winds continue Monday as speeds peak in the 40 to 50 mph
range with locally higher speeds possible across the western
Sandhills.
