A strong cold front from Rotan to Hamlin to Stamford to Haskell
at 315 AM will move quickly south at 35 mph. The front should move
through Sweetwater just after 4 AM and Abilene between 4 and 430
AM...and Baird around 430 AM. Sterling City...Robert Lee and Cross
Plains may see the front around 500 AM. Strong north winds
gusting to 40 mph can be expected along the front. Motorists on
east to west highways like Interstate 20 should look out for
sudden gusts of wind.
