High pressure will continue to build over the region today and
tomorrow. Low pressure system will move into the northeaster late
tomorrow night, bringing heavy rain to the region for Wednesday.

Area main stem river levels will be receding over the next 24
to 48 hours.

at 7 am today, and forecast precipitation through 7 am tomorrow.
