.SYNOPSIS...Both high and low temperatures are likely to remain
above freezing through the next 48 to 72 hours thus promoting a
period of significant snow melt. A large upper level storm system
will move into the area this weekend adding a considerable amount
of precipitation (upwards of 2 inches QPF over 2 days) to the mix.
Cooler temperatures and a few inches new snowfall will be
possible by Sunday.
