.SYNOPSIS...Strong westerly winds will turn northerly late this
afternoon as a system strengthens over eastern MT. There is a 50%
chance of 6 inches of snow at Logan Pass by Wednesday morning,
with a range of 5 to 10 inches. Winds and precipitation will
slowly diminish on Wednesday.
