.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Northeast winds around 5 to 10 MPH will support surf heights of 1
to 2 feet today. Tomorrow, winds will shift to the east and
increase to 10 to 15 MPH, allowing surf heights to build to 3 to 5
feet offshore of Walton and Franklin counties, leading to an
increased risk for rip currents. Surf heights will be 1 to 3 feet
offshore of Bay and Gulf counties tomorrow.


Water Temperature:
70 degrees at Panama City Beach.
68 degrees at the FSU Coastal and Marine Lab near Apalachicola.
