...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Breezy southerly winds are bringing low stratus clouds up the coast
this afternoon. By tonight expect low clouds to spread inland to
most of the lower elevations with moist conditions and some coastal
drizzle in place. Relative humidities above the marine inversion
will remain decent and generally be above 45 percent. Cooler
temperatures will prevail for the remainder of the week. Some
coastal drizzle will likely return on Tuesday night into Wednesday
morning, with a weak weather system bringing a bit of light rain on
Friday. Wetting rainfall is possible in the coastal ranges but
overall amounts should be rather light.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Dry weather and above normal temperatures will continue today.
Breezy offshore flow around 20-30mph over the exposed ridges in Del
Norte and Humboldt counties weaken this afternoon. Moderate to
localize poor RH`s recoveries this morning, with generally 30`s to
40`s percent on the ridges, while many valleys areas reporting good
recoveries above 80%. Very dry conditions is expected this afternoon
with RH`s in the 20`s across the interior, but winds will be light
and terrain driven. Isolated thunderstorms are possible for mostly
Trinity county on Tuesday as daytime temperatures begin to trend
down. Much cooler temperatures, a chance for rain and high mountain
snow will return Thursday through Friday.
