At 642 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in southeast Oklahoma
and northwest Arkansas. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were
located in Pushmataha and Choctaw counties in Oklahoma and
Washington county in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 35
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an
inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for early this evening, mostly cloudy,
temperatures 54 to 64 degrees with north winds 10 to 15 mph.
