showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in
Washington, Osage and Nowata counties in Oklahoma and Carroll county
in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an
inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage
and intensity remained about the same as last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for early this afternoon, mostly cloudy, a chance of
showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 68 to 74 degrees and
southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
