* WHAT...Northeast to east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55
  mph expected.

* WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada, Western Plumas
  County/Lassen Park, and portions of the Sierra Foothills,
  including the Feather River Valley.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
