...Sporadic northerly gusts up to 20 knots possible...

Recent buoy observations show an uptick in northerly winds over
the past hour. This surge of wind may raise gusts up to 20 knots
at times, but expect such winds to diminish after about 3 AM.
Mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should
exercise caution if navigating the waters during this time.
