Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
607 PM EDT Fri May 10 2024

The low pressure system that brought rain to most of the state
today will pass off the Atlantic coast tonight. A ridge of high
pressure will build in from the west overnight, bringing an end
to the rain. Expect partial clearing with areas of fog tonight and
low temperatures between 40 and 45 degrees.

Another area of low pressure will dive southeast across the Great
Lakes and spread showers across the Commonwealth Saturday
afternoon into Sunday morning. High temperatures on Saturday will
range from the mid 50s across northern PA to the mid 60s around
Philadelphia. Brightening skies are expected late Sunday,
especially over western Pennsylvania, as the low exits the state.
However, it will remain cool for May.
