.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Relatively calm
seas and winds will continue into this morning before seas rise
later tonight. Low pressure follows the front, moving south of the
area waters through Friday, but gusty north winds behind the low
will lead to steep to very steep wind- driven seas through the
weekend.
