...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 7 PM CDT THURSDAY...

* WINDS: Northeast winds of 20 knots this afternoon turning north
  tonight into Thursday. Winds becoming northwest around 10 knots
  for Thursday afternoon.

* WAVES: Building to 3 to 6 feet by late afternoon and continuing
  tonight through Thursday morning. Waves falling to 1 to 3 feet
  by late Thursday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
