...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* WINDS: North winds 10 to 15 knots, with gusts to 25 knots this
  morning. Winds becoming northwest around 10 knots this afternoon.

* WAVES: 3 to 7 feet through this morning. Waves diminishing to 2
  to 4 feet by late afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
