The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for
south central Alabama. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch also remains in
effect until 700 AM CDT for northwestern Florida.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN COVINGTON...CENTRAL OKALOOSA...SOUTHEASTERN SANTA
ROSA AND SOUTHEASTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTIES...

At 427 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles north of Lockhart to 8 miles southeast of
Laurel Hill to Valparaiso to 7 miles southwest of Mary Esther, moving
east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville, Destin, Eglin AFB,
Valparaiso, Mary Esther, Florala, Ocean City, Lake Lorraine, Navarre,
Shalimar, Lockhart, Cinco Bayou, and Navarre Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
