This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Winds will gust 35 to 40 mph at times today. With recent rainfall
leading to saturated soil, a few trees may come down.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible Sunday afternoon and
evening, most likely across the Twin Tiers, Catskills, Poconos, and
Northeastern Pennsylvania. Large hail and damaging winds will be the
primary threat, though an isolated tornado can not be ruled out.

Spotter activation may be needed on Sunday. Please relay any
information about severe weather to the NWS.
