Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the western Gulf through
the Lower Texas coast will combine with lower pressure across the
Sierra Madre to produce moderate winds and slight to moderate seas
today. The ridge will move into the central Gulf Saturday and
eastern Gulf Sunday...remaining in place through Tuesday. A
persistent low pressure trough will remain over west Texas and the
Sierra Madre Saturday through Tuesday, with building seas and
moderate winds...becoming strong each afternoon over Laguna Madre.
Small Craft Advisories are likely most afternoons beginning as
early as Saturday on Laguna Madre...and across all waters later
Monday through Tuesday.
