.DISCUSSION...
Steady light rain has developed across much of central
Pennsylvania for this afternoon. This rain is likely to continue
well into tonight and early Sunday morning. Winds are still
expected to gust up to 25mph late this afternoon, mainly along
the Allegheny front and in the northern mountains. RH values will
also remain high throughout the rest of the weekend.
