.DISCUSSION...
A warmer, more moist air mass will be moving into southwest Kansas
today, and this will result in afternoon minimum relative humidity
from 40 to 50 percent. Winds will become southeasterly at be around
15 to 20 mph. By early evening, strong to severe thunderstorms will
move east out of southeastern Colorado into far southwest and west
central Kansas. A widespread wetting rain is expected later tonight
as numerous thunderstorms move southeast in the vicinity of a strong
cold front.
