...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 1994, high winds tore the roof off of a commercial building in
Hill City Kansas. The roof slightly damaged two other buildings
and came to rest on three parked vehicles. Total damage was
estimated at ten thousand dollars.
