...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Georgia, including the following
  county, Franklin.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 946 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the the threat of
    additional rain had ended, but rainfall since midnight had
    been around 3 inches in spots.  Locally excessive runoff will
    linger through late morning.  Please remain wary of flooding
    of low-lying areas.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Carnesville, Royston, Lavonia, Gumlog, Canon, Franklin
    Springs, Bowersville, Martin, Victoria Bryant State Park and
    Tugaloo State Park.
