.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
High pressure far northeast of the state will shift south through
the rest of the week and dissipate as a new high pressure builds
to the north. A weak trough to the northwest of the state will
shift far northwest of state. In response, moderate to locally
strong east- southeast winds will shift out of the more typical easterly
trade direction Thursday, then strengthen to fresh to locally
strong Friday through the weekend.

.REST OF TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East southeast winds
10 to 15 knots near Kauai and Oahu...east 20 to 25 knots
elsewhere. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Wave Detail: East 5 feet at 8
seconds. Isolated showers.
.THURSDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Wave
Detail: East 6 feet at 7 seconds. Isolated showers.
.THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas
5 to 7 feet, becoming 6 to 9 feet Saturday and Sunday. Isolated
showers.
