.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Weakening high pressure to the distant northeast and rapidly
developing low pressure northwest of the waters will cause winds
to veer southeasterly. Thunderstorms and heavy showers may
develop near Kauai waters from Thursday onward. The low will
remain nearly stationary northwest of the islands for several
days, then move slowly northeast over the weekend.
