Winds this morning will be from the north and weakening as the day continues.
Gusts will also be weakening; during the morning gusts will be up to 15 mph
but by the afternoon will be below 10 mph. RH values will be lowest of the week
today with RH values between 30 and 40%. Widespread fog potential is low this morning, but
patchy areas around sunrise are possible.
