SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 30 kt with gusts around 40 kt and
  seas 6 to 9 ft at 10 seconds expected.

* WHERE...All waters.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Thursday to 2 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.
