Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.20 inches, will travel from Wisconsin
into Lake Superior tonight into tomorrow night. Winds gusts will
strengthen across the Great Lakes as a result, increasing to gale
force over Lake Huron tomorrow. A cold front then passes through
late Tuesday night followed by high pressure mid-week to produce
quiet marine conditions for the Great Lakes.

THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...

.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25
knots after midnight. Partly cloudy in the evening...then cloudy
with showers after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4
feet after midnight.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Gusts to 30 knots. Light
showers in the morning...then light showers likely and a chance of
thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...South winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots in the late evening and early
morning...then diminishing to 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Mostly
cloudy with light showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms in
the evening...then partly cloudy with a chance of light showers
after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the
late evening and overnight.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly sunny. Waves 1
to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west 10 to 15
knots in the afternoon and evening. Mostly sunny becoming clear.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy with a chance
of light showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
