At 1 AM, a 1026 mb high was over southeast Oregon, a 1012 mb low
covered the California Bight at the center of a coastal eddy and
a 1006 mb low was over Phoenix. Weak onshore flow will prevail
through Monday, with a coastal eddy spinning today and tonight,
and again Sunday and Monday.
