.DISCUSSION...
Marine layer clouds, fog, high humidity will not reach above 3,000
feet elevation on coastal slopes through Saturday morning. Onshore
winds and humidity will increase Saturday afternoon, leading to
more clouds, fog and a chance of wetting rains Saturday night and
Sunday morning (up to about 0.18 inch total). Southwest winds
will be strongest Saturday evening with gusts as high as 25-35 mph
at tree top level, then westerly winds again Sunday afternoon
with similar speeds. Fair and dry weather with weaker winds Monday
and Tuesday.
