At 742 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated showers
and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain generally in northeast
Oklahoma and also in Arkansas east of I49. Thunderstorms with
locally heavy rain were located in Washington, Choctaw and Leflore
counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The
average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for this evening, partly cloudy, a slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 64 to 72
degrees and northwest winds up to 5 mph.
