.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry across Southeast Arizona with above
normal temperatures this week. Minimum relative humidity 10 to 17
percent in valleys today. Minimum RHs to begin decreasing after
today to 5-10 percent by Wednesday continuing through Friday.
Breezy winds this afternoon with gusts of 30-35 mph. Tuesday
through Thursday winds will be much calmer with afternoon gusts of
10-15 mph. Temperatures will gradually rise this week reaching
into the low 90s by Wednesday continuing through the weekend.
