Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move through the lower Texas marine
areas today with moderate north to northeast winds building in
behind the front. Light to moderate east to northeast winds will
prevail tonight and Monday as a surface ridge spreads over the
Gulf of Mexico. Light to moderate east to southeast winds will
continue for much of the upcoming work week with low to moderate
Gulf swells expected.
