1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate southeast winds today will turn towards the
east tomorrow and the weekend as a cold front moves through the
Lower Texas Coast. Wind may be strong enough to warrant Small
Craft Exercise Caution conditions while sea build as high as 6
feet. Low rain chances return Friday through the weekend along the
frontal boundary.
