.DISCUSSION...Weak high pressure will allow somewhat favorable burning
conditions with moderate temperatures...near normal rh values and light
wind through early Thursday.  By Friday the ridge will give way to an
approaching low pressure system with increasing clouds and wetting rain
likely Friday afternoon. There is a a slight chance of thunderstorms as
well but any strikes should be wet.
