.DISCUSSION...
A low in the Southeast will progress slowly northeastward through
the Mid-Atlantic region, bringing widespread rain to the area
Tuesday night and Wednesday. Another low to the south may move
northeast near or off the East Coast late this week. Broad high
pressure will build into the eastern United States this weekend into
early next week.

With increasing onshore flow, relative humidity levels will be
much higher today compared to Monday, with Min RH values generally
ranging from 45 to 60 percent.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Chance of rain
                    late in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 percent increasing to 30 percent late in the
                    afternoon.
