...Overall seas continue to gradually subside...

.Seas continue to gradually subside across the regional waters and
are now below the small craft advisory criteria. However the moderate
to locally fresh easterly winds will create choppy conditions across
portions of the local waters. Small craft operators should therefore
exercise caution during the rest of today.
